FAQs

FAQs

Q.

Why should I choose One Stop Lettings?

A.

Although we are newly establish we do have plenty of experience working within the management of properties. We have taken that knowledge and progressed it by completing a Level 3 course in Residential Lettings and Property Management.

With time, effort and the support of the local community we are thriving to become the next best thing and provide landlords and tenants with a service they can truly rely on.

Q.

Do I really need a Property Inventory?

A.

You should most definitely have an Inventory. The correct and most detailed inventories are one of the most important aspects during the process of letting your property. Any tenant you allow into your property should return it back to you in the same condition with the allowance of fair wear and tear. An Inventory, along with periodic inspections will provide you with the evidence needed should there be any disputes with damages claimed on the deposit after the termination of a tenancy.

Q.

Do you protect Deposits?

A.

Yes. ALL landlords/agents should take a deposit for a property let and protect it, providing the tenants with a certificate of protection and prescribed information. We include this within our rent collection and management plan. Although this is not included for our let only service, we do offer this as an 'extra' service.
